Linda L. McLaughlin, RICP

Linda is a Partner in the firm and is primarily responsible for overseeing Practice Management & Operations. In this role, she ensures the implementation of best practices throughout the firm for an exceptional high-touch client experience through the support of a responsive and competent staff.   She works with clients on select matters and is an integral part of most client relationships with the firm.  She and the other firm partners work collaboratively on key issues of tactical, strategic and financial management, focusing on practice efficiency and measured growth, building long-term value and maintaining a cohesive support team.  She also directs the firm's marketing, client relations and business development activities, and serves as the firm's securities compliance liaison with Lincoln Financial Advisors, the firm's broker/dealer.

Linda has over 30 years' experience in the financial & professional services marketing fields.  For several years she was a new business consultant for a real estate development firm working with financial advisors and their clients on tax credit investments.  She transitioned into law firm marketing as Director of Marketing at two Center City Philadelphia law firms, Drinker Biddle & Morgan Lewis, both with national and international practices.  In the 1990's, she founded McLaughlin Professional Services Marketing, LLC, a marketing consulting firm.  She joined McLaughlin Asset Management in 2004.

Personal: 

Linda resides in Haddonfield, NJ, with her husband, Michael.  They have a son and a daughter, both in their mid twenties.  Their daughter, Meaghan, is a Senior Associate with McLaughlin Asset Management.
